The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Benito Regis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!'s Benito Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Alex Cambeiro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!'s Benito Regis. Benito Regis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Bertran in the 35th minute of the match. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Bertran in the 40th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Regis. Benito Regis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Benito Regis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Cambeiro went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!'s Fausto Sidoro was substituted for Julian Santiago. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaspar Bertran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benito Regis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes, Abraham Alguacil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panama and the CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!! players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Abraham Alguacil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!! booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Regis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Chan kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. When Gaspar Bertran fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!'s protests and gave Gaspar Bertran a yellow card for diving instead. Gaspar Bertran hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Miguel Miralles hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Anastasio Cloyo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Panama booed when CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Eladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 76th minute of play forced CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!'s goalkeeper Benito Regis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Miralles in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!'s goalkeeper Benito Regis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. The referee felt a red card was in order, 85 minutes into the game, when Aaron Barrios put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!:s goal. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!!. Everardo Quilo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcos Cotilla. 1-3. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Panama could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CAÑONCITOO OO OO O !!! throughout the match.
