Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Rzepiko Wrocław's Daniele Paolini got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Bermúdez's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Linklater in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Bermúdez came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Bermúdez got free with Julio Vera in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Bermúdez in the 58th minute of the match. Felipe Bermúdez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Rzepiko Wrocław getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Barry Linklater hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Duncan Lammond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Rzepiko Wrocław booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Rzepiko Wrocław's Joaquin Viviano. But to his dismay, Joaquin Viviano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A hard shot 84 in the game by Felipe Bermúdez from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Viviano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Viviano in the 88th minute of the match. Felipe Bermúdez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After 93 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ewan Pollard who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ewan Pollard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rzepiko Wrocław succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
