Though ot was a great shot Venezuela's keeper Jonathan Ferrant was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After a rather tough play, └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Lenílson Leite got a free kick in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arlindo Rossi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Gong Zhan Chen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jimeno Henric was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenílson Leite in the 26th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Jimeno Henric stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Jimeno Henric tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Jimeno Henric shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 33 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gong Zhan Chen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Gong Zhan Chen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Henric succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Henric in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Nestor Batista. But to his dismay, Nestor Batista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lenílson Leite went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Tomas Illescas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arlindo Rossi. The goal made the score 7-1. In the 69th minute Jimeno Henric shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Jimeno Henric made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Arlindo Rossi got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Zhan Chen came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Jimeno Henric notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ made a substitution. James Rodríguez replaced Ronaldo Simão. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ fully deserved thier win.
