Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) GARIBALDI FC's Eduard Hourani started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute, Eduard Hourani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaime Pardos short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Rene Llorian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Jaime Pardo sped through GARIBALDI FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rene Llorian. In the 21st match minute, GARIBALDI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darío Eagles to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, Jaime Pardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GARIBALDI FC the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Jaime Pardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Hourani in the 23rd minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Paraguay booed when GARIBALDI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes, Xavier Zoido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the GARIBALDI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for GARIBALDI FC. Lázaro Ekain stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jacobo Nores. 1-2. After having played for 45 minutes, Eduard Hourani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GARIBALDI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Hourani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Paraguay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GARIBALDI FC were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Ekain in the 56th minute of the match. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Juan Diego Tenorio. In the 65thth minute of the game Lázaro Ekain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. GARIBALDI FC's Eduard Hourani got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. GARIBALDI FC's Nicolas Eduino was substituted for Raul Transito. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hector Covarrubias during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Hector Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in GARIBALDI FC's zone, Jaime Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Llorian came out of the goal and Jaime Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain. But to his dismay, Lázaro Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Although Paraguay had been in control for most of the match, GARIBALDI FC still came away with the win.
