Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Berganza made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Uberlandia-DMZ's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Augusto Duarte came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipe Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Videl in the 6th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Freitas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Zé Augusto Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Miguel Miralles was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When Narciso Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uberlandia-DMZ's protests and gave Narciso Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Uberlandia-DMZ getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Narciso Zonta hit a great ball. Zé Augusto Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Cambeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Narciso Zonta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narciso Zonta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Tomas Berganza succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Zé Augusto Duarte came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Tomas Berganza. But to his dismay, Tomas Berganza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Marcos Cotilla was a little too slow when Narciso Zonta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-2. Zé Augusto Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 40th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Augusto Duarte. Uberlandia-DMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abraham Alguacil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Freitas to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 55th minute of play forced Uberlandia-DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Zonta hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Zé Augusto Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Zonta in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zé Augusto Duarte showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Freitas came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narciso Zonta took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. 84 minutes into the game, Uberlandia-DMZ's Narciso Zonta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Videl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
