Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 3rd minute of play forced Coyotes's goalkeeper Leandro Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Luciano Pancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Coyotes's Luciano Pancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Hugo Ferrant charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Ferrant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Coyotes booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mariano Satordi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Leandro Bernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 23rd minute of the match. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Luciano Pancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Luciano Pancho sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Natalio Baleren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Bernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 38th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Pancho made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Coyotes's Genaro Veronica nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 56th minute Luciano Pancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Natalio Baleren made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Leandro Bernat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Pancho in the 68th minute of the match. After 69 minutes, Eriberto Olo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coyotes and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Coyotes's Eriberto Olo got a free kick in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Coyotes's zone, Lautaro Puig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Bernat came out of the goal and Lautaro Puig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Costa Rica's Axel Tasis in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coyotes's goalie prevented a goal. Axel Tasis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Bernat having to interfere. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Leandro Bernat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coyotes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Costa Rica for a fine match.
