The supporters of GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Yepes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Kuszczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Kuszczak in the 7th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Moises Fernandino took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jan Turek to make any attempt to save it. Abram Luque's late challenge caught a GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abram Luque helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Abram Luque hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Stefan Pryputnicki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a little luck, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Jan Turek got control of the ball when Abram Luque tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Salvador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mateo Leguizamo in the 25th minute. Mateo Leguizamo made a great header on El Salvador's corner, it was just that GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Jan Turek managed to reach the ball for a save. Valentino Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Jorge Magrina charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Magrina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Turek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 37th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as El Salvador's Moises Fernandino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan Turek. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. Jan Turek made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Marian Czerner got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 48th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Wincent Wierzcholek kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Mateo Leguizamo's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Jan Turek on his right side and into the goal. 55 minutes into the game it was 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Fernandino in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Turek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 65 minutes, Krzysztof Prus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krzysztof Prus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Krzysztof Prus notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Valentino Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Valentino Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Ferrant. Iwo Kuszczak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Pryputnicki got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 80 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Yepes. Krzysztof Prus's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Ricardo Zorita skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Jan Turek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 88th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Moises Fernandino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Turek was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Moises Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Zorita didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 97th minute, which inside left pole to 4-3. El Salvador's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
