Ingemar Dalman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Arild IF's Ingemar Dalman to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Ekgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Arild IF's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Per-Åke Vik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Arild IF's Marcelo Vincente slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. Jonatan Ekgren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 25 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaf Blom. In the 27th minute, Gustaf Blom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jonatan Ekgrens short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 31st minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marc Västerstrand charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marc Västerstrand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marc Västerstrand hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Per-Åke Vik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Vincentes short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ingemar Dalman was slow to take the kick. During this time Arild IF's players had a chance to rest. Gustaf Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. A hard shot 45 in the game by Jonatan Ekgren from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Ekgren in the 53rd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Arild IF's Jonatan Ekgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaf Blom in the 66th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per-Åke Vik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the game, Arild IF's Gustaf Blom nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Arild IF made a substitution. Filip Literski replaced Marc Västerstrand. Arild IF's Bairee Colwell was substituted for Niklas Molander. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 77th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonatan Ekgren in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatan Ekgren in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonatan Ekgren scored 6-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Jonatan Ekgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Arild IF had played much better football throughout.
