Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Venceslao Borizar got a throw-in 3 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Palmiro Noronha. Sportivo Chupeño's Michel Abadie got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard De Fretes in the 12th minute of play. Palmiro Noronha struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Chupeño. When Francis Stuart came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Sportivo Chupeño fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francis Stuart couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endura Abechuco in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Endura Abechuco in the 36th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes, Eduard De Fretes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Endura Abechuco to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the game, Endura Abechuco lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Chupeño's Raul Hubbard got a free kick in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Endura Abechuco in the 59th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Endura Abechuco in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 68th minute of play forced Sportivo Chupeño's goalkeeper Aytek Subahi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Gisbert during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eduard De Fretes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportivo Chupeño made a substitution. Tino Abeijon replaced Endura Abechuco. In the 79th match minute, Sportivo Chupeño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Hubbard to maneuver through the defense. Eduard De Fretes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aytek Subahi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis Stuart in the 91st minute of play. Sportivo Chupeño's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
