The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Bogoryja SA's Miromir Cwojdak got a free kick in the 5th minute. Moises Tafalla hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Slawomir Majtyka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 14th minute of the match. Jaroslaw Gozdowski struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bogoryja SA. Honduras's attentive Valentín Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Bartosz Sala made a throw-in in the 20th minute of the game. In the 23rd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. Valentín Carvallo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 38 minutes Bogoryja SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. Jaroslaw Gozdowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaroslaw Gozdowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Rafal Plachetka's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafal Plachetka helped the player get up and apologised. Rafal Plachetka kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaroslaw Gozdowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bartlomiej Ochylski kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Bogoryja SA's Czeslaw Podolski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ivan Navarro in the 53 minute of the game. In the last second Slawomir Majtyka throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmundo Espiga in the 58thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 61 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Gozdowski came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honduras's Alexander Costa was substituted for Luca Espinar. Rafal Plachetka kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bogoryja SA's zone, Sebastian Villa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Slawomir Majtyka came out of the goal and Sebastian Villa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 minutes, Bartosz Sala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bogoryja SA and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Bogoryja SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartosz Sala to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Slawomir Majtyka was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Alexander Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Costa to maneuver through the defense. Slawomir Majtyka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaroslaw Gozdowski's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaroslaw Gozdowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 90 played minutes Bogoryja SA got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Gozdowski. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bogoryja SA players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
