Eulalio Bastian was a little too slow when Mariano Lacasa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 20 minutes of play, Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Palacios came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Rodrigo Palacios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 27 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eulalio Bastian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eulalio Bastian having to make a save. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhu Bin Kun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 40 in the game by Mariano Lacasa from a close distance when the talented Eulalio Bastian managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo Mandiyu's players were relieved. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Eulalio Bastian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-3 in the 46th playminute. The first half was very even, with the score at 3-3 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Zhu Bin Kun made the kick off in the second half. Eulalio Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 52nd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Zhu Bin Kun rounded Chile's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-4. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Eulalio Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Palacios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Mariano Lacasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Eulalio Bastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Eulalio Bastian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Pipis Vattimos in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chile's Felix Garrido. Roberto Cherro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Thiago Pliego when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eulalio Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 89th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mandiyu's Pipis Vattimos got a free kick in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's Roberto Cherro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Roberto Cherro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-6. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Deportivo Mandiyu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Deportivo Mandiyu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
