Sindo Porregimon came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Canada's Koby Wright. But to his dismay, Koby Wright quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 25th minute of the game Richard Mccarthy made a throw-in which Carter George played forward. Jax Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermengol Alberete in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 29th minute of play forced Socavon FC's goalkeeper Sindo Porregimon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Canada defense, Ermengol Alberete kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jax Williamson. The Canada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jax Williamson should have stopped the shot. Sindo Porregimon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Koby Wright in the 38th minute. Sindo Porregimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 40th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koby Wright was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sindo Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Socavon FC's Jacindo Oria was substituted for Thomás Pollack. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermengol Alberete, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Theo Burton in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sindo Porregimon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Intxixu Huarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Canada had played much better football throughout.
