Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sindo Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes had been played when some careless play by Socavon FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. The corner led USA's Cassius Byrne to fire away a dangerous shot which Sindo Porregimon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermengol Alberete got free with Marco Day in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute, Maciek Cash hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 13th minute of play forced Socavon FC's goalkeeper Sindo Porregimon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sindo Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Socavon FC's Sindo Porregimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Mcdonald came free, but Sindo Porregimon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marquez Dolarea who took care of the corner kick. Socavon FC's Janis Petko was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ermengol Alberete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermengol Alberetes short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Marco Day to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. Sindo Porregimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sindo Porregimon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute, Maciek Cash hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Artal Baltanas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Peña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artal Baltanas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's Ermengol Alberete sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Sindo Porregimon made a huge save. In the 60th minute Ermengol Alberete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marquez Dolarea who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Marquez Dolarea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Enrique Peña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute Ermengol Alberete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artal Baltanas in the 66th minute of play. Edward Mcdonald kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Ksawery Furgal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. In the 86th minute, Fehmi Erdemer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sindo Porregimon was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jenson Smith. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Intxixu Huarte in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, USA's Sam Campbell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sindo Porregimon. Sindo Porregimon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Socavon FC throughout the match.
