An unexpected shot in the 4th minute by Qiao Qi Bo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Qiao Qi Bo in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kristian Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Loco in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a free kick in the 9th minute. A hard shot 10 in the game by Qiao Qi Bo from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Martinsson saved Fenerbahçe S.K. from getting behind. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Qiao Qi Bo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Qiao Qi Bo scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 1-0. Felice Patricelli hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Martinsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Loco Loco did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso 35 minutes into the match. Qiao Qi Bo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Qiao Qi Bo scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 3-0. Jorge Sainz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Jerry Brunault sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Qiao Qi Bo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Qiao Qi Bo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbahçe S.K. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 55 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Franco. Vadim Izvoreanu made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Daniel Trillkott immediately put the ball in play. In the 60th minute Qiao Qi Bo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristian Martinsson made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the game, Qiao Qi Bo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute, Qiao Qi Bo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbahçe S.K. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Kristian Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes Fenerbahçe S.K.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Cazalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kristian Martinsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Trillkott in the 81st minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Qiao Qi Bo notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the game, Fenerbahçe S.K.'s Charlie Blevins nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 91 minutes into the match, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristian Martinsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fenerbahçe S.K.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
