Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6thth minute of the game Luis Escobar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Nazario Ispuzua shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Luis Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute of the match, Luis Escobar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 18 minutes of play, ALIANZA 1901's Luis Escobar made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ruy Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, ALIANZA 1901's Luis Escobar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in ALIANZA 1901's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruy Berger came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 29 in the game by Luis Escobar from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. A collision led to ALIANZA 1901 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Pancho Tabernilla hit a great ball. Alfredo Tomasini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ALIANZA 1901's Ruy Berger. Ruy Berger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to ALIANZA 1901 getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Rojelio Daza hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Escobar made a kick off. Brais Lahoz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruy Berger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, ALIANZA 1901's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Ruy Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brais Lahoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Escobar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 90 played minutes ALIANZA 1901 got a freekick which was hit by Orain Ambrosio. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruy Berger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 92 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, ALIANZA 1901's Nazario Ispuzua got a free kick in the 96th minute.
