Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Vítek Bittner started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítek Bittner in the 3rd minute of play. After having played for 4 minutes, Radoslav Plašil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pardubice Hurricanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radoslav Plašil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vítek Bittners short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Joaquin Gayoso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jakub Molnár charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakub Molnár the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Pardubice Hurricanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Molnár didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Přemek Ouředník didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. In the 14th minute, Vítek Bittner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Vítek Bittner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Jakub Molnár got his second yellow card in the match during the 23rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 24 played minutes Pardubice Hurricanes got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Molnár. Radoslav Plašil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 30 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Svatomír Krajíček who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Svatomír Krajíček got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joaquin Gayoso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Bruno Beldad got a free kick in the 34th minute. Radoslav Plašil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Rubáš struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pardubice Hurricanes. In the 41st match minute, Pardubice Hurricanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radoslav Plašil to maneuver through the defense. Přemek Ouředník made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 43rd minute of play. Vítek Bittner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Radoslav Plašil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Radoslav Plašil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Radoslav Plašil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 69th minute of play forced Pardubice Hurricanes's goalkeeper Přemek Ouředník to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ervín Brázda hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes, Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Přemek Ouředník came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Uruguay reached it. After 74 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Seco. Francisco Seco might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Přemek Ouředník. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Seco ran back to his position shaking his head. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Yağız Delfin, made in the 90th minute of the game. After having played for 91 minutes, Jiří Rychtář managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pardubice Hurricanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jiří Rychtář was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximiliano Escribano scored 2-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Přemek Ouředník, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
