Felipe Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Felipe Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 29 minutes of play, Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Morjan Sarkhoh made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felipe Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Felix Montes made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Felipe Liher managed to reach the ball for a save. 37 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Morjan Sarkhoh. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morjan Sarkhoh in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Fred Allbom charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fred Allbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 53 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Mikolas came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. If Morjan Sarkhoh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. made a substitution. Rigoberto Lucado replaced Fred Allbom. In the 74th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nereo Inge, 74 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Stephen to maneuver through the defense. When Timoteo Firmo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Firmo couldn't finish the play. If Leonardo Frazier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ecuador players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ..
