Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuca de Medeiros started the match with the kick off. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuca de Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when ARS FUTEBOL's Samuca de Medeiros fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 10th minute of play forced ARS FUTEBOL's goalkeeper Wilian Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a free kick in the 12th minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xie Hao Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute of play forced ARS FUTEBOL's goalkeeper Wilian Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ARS FUTEBOL's Wilian Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 19th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Fabrizio in the 20th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Samuca de Medeiros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuca de Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. ARS FUTEBOL's Wilian Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Camillo Fabrizio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ARS FUTEBOL's Pedro Medeiros got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Wilian Bueno made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. ARS FUTEBOL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilian Bueno quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Wilian Bueno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 58th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu de Queiroz in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilian Bueno. Wilian Bueno yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Joel Gaona hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camillo Fabrizio, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Wilian Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 73rd minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Camillo Fabrizio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Samuca de Medeiros came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Samuca de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilian Bueno made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ARS FUTEBOL.
