Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Cascajares came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Emilio Cascajares managed to get in a good position for a shot. October 04's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Cascajares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Cascajares got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 9 minutes, Arturo Carvallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the October 04 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Carvallo. Emilio Cascajares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Emilio Cascajares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. Emilio Cascajares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, October 04's Luís Fabiano Gaspar got a free kick in the 20th minute. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Cascajares's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute Emilio Cascajares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Emilio Cascajares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Fabiano Gaspar hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Stavros Bantis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the October 04 defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eskil Vester. The October 04 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eskil Vester should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilio Cascajares to strike the kick off in the second half. When Emilio Cascajares came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the October 04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Cascajares couldn't finish the play. After 73 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal Correia. October 04 made a substitution. Waldemar de Sena replaced Aníbal Correia. After a rather tough play, October 04's Aníbal Correia got a free kick in the 74th minute. When October 04's Emilio Cascajares in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. Eskil Vester made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 80th minute. A collision led to October 04 getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Emilio Cascajares hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, October 04's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Cazalla came free, but Eskil Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eskil Vester but with some difficulty. Eskil Vester made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Emilio Cascajares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The October 04 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
