Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, Laerte Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 4 minutes, Stanley Wallace managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curacao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanley Wallace was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Stanley Wallace ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdemar Fontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kyle Davies hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Stanley Wallace notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Social Futebol Clube's Valdemar Fontes. Valdemar Fontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the game, Jordan Porter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Social Futebol Clube the free kick. The supporters of Social Futebol Clube booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Porter didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jordan Porter hit a great ball. Gustavo Cavalcante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Social Futebol Clube's Valdemar Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Troy Kennedy in the 33rd minute of play. Valdemar Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rocco Owen in the 35th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Social Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Rodrigues. 43 minutes into the game, Carlos Fernando Salles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Social Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacao the free kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Róbson de Senna was the one to do the kick off. Valdemar Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Davies in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Social Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gustavo Cavalcante hit a great ball. When Ismael Aparecido fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Social Futebol Clube's protests and gave Ismael Aparecido a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Social Futebol Clube's Ismael Aparecido got a free kick in the 65th minute. After 68 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Jordan Porter. 71 minutes into the match, Social Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Valdemar Fontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Troy Kennedy. The audience thought a goal was coming when Troy Kennedy got free with Valdemar Fontes in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valdemar Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Troy Kennedy in the 85th minute of play. Marshall Graham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Fontes having to interfere. Ismael Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curacao's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
