In the 6th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Garcia. SLB TELHA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 9th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noel Marinho struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SLB TELHA. 13 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Marinho came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as SLB TELHA's Luís Ribas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-1 after 23 minutes of play. SLB TELHA's Noel Marinho got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. If Luís Ribas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bento Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Álvaro Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bianco Pietropaolo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Álvaro Garcia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 65 minutes into the game, Noel Marinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th match minute, SLB TELHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Cachero to maneuver through the defense. Noel Marinho took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Luís Ribas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Noel Marinho took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 86 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Ribas came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Marinho in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jose Cachero hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SLB TELHA fully deserved thier win.
