Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. After 6 minutes Bristol Bombardiers FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Jake Hardcastle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Jake Hardcastle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mickey Thompson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Thompson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mickey Thompson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bristol Bombardiers FC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mickey Thompson. The Bristol Bombardiers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mickey Thompson should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manu Louke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bristol Bombardiers FC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daryl Burgess took the corner. The corner ended in Daryl Burgess almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manu Louke, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Mickey Thompson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Bristol Bombardiers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Mickey Thompson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Lobb was the one to do the kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Lobb in the 50th minute of play. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mickey Thompson firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Bristol Bombardiers FC's Mickey Thompson got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chaz Patton's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chaz Patton helped the player get up and apologised. Chaz Patton hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Mickey Thompson in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mickey Thompson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mickey Thompson came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bristol Bombardiers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manu Louke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Lobb in the 76th minute of play. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mickey Thompson having to make a save. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Mickey Thompson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurt Lobb in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jake Hardcastle in the 84th minute of the match. After having played for 89 minutes, Jake Hardcastle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bristol Bombardiers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jake Hardcastle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Bristol Bombardiers FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
