Montalcino SE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milagros Fraga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 19th minute of play. Valdomiro Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 19th minute of the match. When Almir Valadares came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Montalcino SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Almir Valadares couldn't finish the play. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Valdomiro Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdomiro Ferraz came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Genílson Diniz made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Valdomiro Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdomiro Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of the match. Luz Tejedor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valdomiro Ferraz. Montalcino SE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Espiridion. The Montalcino SE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peru were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Espiridion to make the kick off. João Adolfo de Souza hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdomiro Ferraz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valdomiro Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Julian Murillo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valdomiro Ferraz. The goal made the score 1-3. Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Montalcino SE from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdomiro Ferraz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Almir Valadares came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montalcino SE's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rafael Gallo 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Peru's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
