The throw-in from Jenson Smith in the 4th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Equipo's Juliusz Cezar. Equipo's Sid Todd managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Bradley in the 6 minute of the game. In the 11th minute, Bruno Beugnet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Day was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 15th minute, Monty Rogers made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Furman. Equipo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ismael Furman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 26th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Cassius Byrne sped through Equipo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ismael Furman. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jenson Smith made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Monty Rogers immediately put the ball in play. 42 minutes into the match, Equipo's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Ismael Furman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Diego Bradley. Sid Todd hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bruno Beugnet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Bruno Beugnet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Equipo's Harun Elçin was substituted for Emiliano Lluterio. Equipo's 胡益桦 was substituted for Unai Papachronopoulos. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Diego Bradley hit a great ball. If Bruno Beugnet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Beugnet in the 73rd minute of the match. When USA's Cassius Byrne in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Equipo's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Ismael Furman in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Furman made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Zach Harrison sent off a good shot on target. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. The corner led USA's Sam Campbell to fire away a dangerous shot which Ismael Furman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 90th minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Beugnet went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The Equipo support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
