The Ombucito AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cai Qian should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Cai Qian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Munio in the 61st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita spun around in front of the goal 84 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Ombucito AFC's goal. Cai Qian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Saelices went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Cai Qian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ettore Castagna sent off a good shot on target.
