Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Modesto Munio kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ettore Castagna got free with Julio Vera in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cai Qian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cai Qian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Ombucito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Tartalo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play forced Ombucito AFC's goalkeeper Cai Qian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Ombucito AFC's Cai Qian managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Cristian Sancho put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cai Qian. In the 22nd minute, Modesto Munio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cai Qian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 24th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cai Qian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 36 minutes into the match, Ombucito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Cai Qian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Cai Qian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Ombucito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Cai Qian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ombucito AFC. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cai Qian having to interfere. Ombucito AFC's Cai Qian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Ombucito AFC from getting a goal against them. After 75 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Ombucito AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Castagna, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ettore Castagna's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Munio in the 83rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cai Qian. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Ettore Castagna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
