The supporters of Mexico booed when GOLATH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Micky Amrizal didn't get a good kick on the ball. GOLATH's Didin Bajuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 46th minute of play. The GOLATH players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Didin Bajuri made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Facundo Cadaval sent off a good shot on target. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Didin Bajuri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Didin Bajuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Lautaro Mancebo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 65thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Didin Bajuri would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, GOLATH's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Didin Bajuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after GOLATH's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Didin Bajuri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 79th minute of play. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Facundo Cadaval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Didin Bajuri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Didin Bajuri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 95 minutes into the game, Galih Suryata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GOLATH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. A collision led to GOLATH getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Galih Suryata hit a great ball. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Didin Bajuri having to make a save. Mexico played a much better game than GOLATH and deserved their victory. The GOLATH players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
