The supporters of Venezuela booed when Pan Queso y Leberbush FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Maropoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Fix. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Cordarrol, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alex Palleschi was slow to take the kick. During this time Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Alex Palleschi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute, Dimitris Maropoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pan Queso y Leberbush FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Rafael Fix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Cornelio Cesaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alex Palleschi in the 47th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ioseba Llorente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

52 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornelio Cesaro. After having played for 53 minutes, Dimitris Maropoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Maropoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Maropoulos in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 59th minute. Alex Palleschi, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Cornelio Cesaro sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Leonardo Estavan got a free kick in the 70th minute. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Rafael Fix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Maropoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornelio Cesaro.
