Antonio Indiano hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Wolves FC - DMZ's Esbjörn Löfkvist got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 14th minute Marco Löhr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Löhr came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Wolves FC - DMZ booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santino Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Abram Cadabra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolves FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abram Cadabra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Wolves FC - DMZ's Ronaldo Joinvilense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. José Carlos Gomes hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Guillen Aguillar came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Abram Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, Wolves FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Guillen Aguillar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wolves FC - DMZ's Guillen Aguillar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute Abram Cadabra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillen Aguillar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Guillen Aguillar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldo Joinvilense to make the kick off. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neto Queraria in the 56th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Löhr, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Abram Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillen Aguillar having to interfere. José Carlos Gomes hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After 70 minutes, Esbjörn Löfkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolves FC - DMZ and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Esbjörn Löfkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Esbjörn Löfkvist hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Guillen Aguillar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 73rd minute of play. Wolves FC - DMZ's Guillen Aguillar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Secada in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Neto Queraria notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Wolves FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Esbjörn Löfkvist hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neto Queraria in the 88th minute of the match. José Carlos Gomes hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Wolves FC - DMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
