Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Berganza took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Nemesio Gonchan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Roderigo got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 12th minute of play forced Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Nemesio Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Gonchan saved Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting behind. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Gonchan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 23rd minute of play. Nemesio Gonchan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Panama booed when Atletas Campesinos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Constancio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Pelagius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Cotilla. Panama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Alex Cambeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Cambeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Nemesio Gonchan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 38th minute of play. Panama's Tomas Berganza pulled a muscle in his back after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Bernabe Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernabe Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atletas Campesinos F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! 47 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denis Ur.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denis Ur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Roderigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Ur charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nemesio Gonchan. Isidoro Sarmiento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Nemesio Gonchan in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nemesio Gonchan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Estefania Rasgado in the 78th minute of the match. Nemesio Gonchan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estefania Rasgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Nemesio Gonchan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. In the 87th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s zone, Isidoro Sarmiento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Gonchan came out of the goal and Isidoro Sarmiento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Bernabe Barros got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Bernabe Barros off the ground. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Nemesio Gonchan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting a goal against them. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Alguacil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nemesio Gonchan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match was over Panama could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atletas Campesinos F.C. throughout the match.
