An unexpectedly hard shot by Quinton Lastras in the 42nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arne Olofsson to make the kick off. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the ⚜️狭路相逢⚓勇者胜⚜️ defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 叶永渊. The ⚜️狭路相逢⚓勇者胜⚜️ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 叶永渊 should have stopped the shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, ⚜️狭路相逢⚓勇者胜⚜️'s 康渊洲 got a free kick in the 76th minute. The corner ended in Joaquin Prats almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ⚜️狭路相逢⚓勇者胜⚜️'s 叶永渊 did a great save. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Quinton Lastras sent off a good shot on target. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. 90 minutes into the game, Peru's Rafael Gallo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 叶永渊 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Peru had won after a very even match.
