Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Ofelio Galván sent off a good shot on target. Victor Hugo Pinilla kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Ofelio Galván could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Valentin Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 32nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Marco Day threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bruno Marco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Valentin Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Zach Harrison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the game, Koby Fletcher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. USA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣ the free kick. Koby Fletcher hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Victor Hugo Pinilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Victor Hugo Pinilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Marco got free with Marco Day in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ofelio Galván in the 50th minute of play. Valentin Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ofelio Galván in the 54th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Don Elias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s attentive Victor Hugo Pinilla managed to snatch the ball when Diego Bradley made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. When ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Osvaldo Frutos in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th minute of the match ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣ got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victor Hugo Pinilla ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Victor Hugo Pinilla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Osvaldo Frutos sped through USA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Day. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Valentin Ospetsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Frutos in the 94th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
