Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cassius Byrne got the match started through his kick off. Osvaldo Frutos hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Koby Fletcher might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Ospetsu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Koby Fletcher ran back to his position shaking his head. 8 minutes into the match, ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Juan Jose Peacock sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute of the match ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣ got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vitório de Medeiros ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Vitório de Medeiros almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. Valentin Ospetsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 12th minute. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Cassius Byrne put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Valentin Ospetsu. USA were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Cassius Byrne fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Valentin Ospetsu quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Osvaldo Frutos sped through USA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Day. 21 minutes into the match, ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Valentin Ospetsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. Cassius Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Ospetsu having to interfere. Valentin Ospetsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Frutos in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Valentin Ospetsu in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldo Frutos to strike the kick off in the second half. Cassius Byrne might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Ospetsu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cassius Byrne ran back to his position shaking his head. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Valentin Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 58th minute of play forced ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s goalkeeper Valentin Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Osvaldo Frutos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Osvaldo Frutos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Ospetsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Ofelio Galván was substituted for Osvaldo Frutos. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Karlos Bravo was substituted for Edilberto Aballay. In the 64th minute of the match USA got a corner. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. USA's Jacob May was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Valentin Ospetsu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ofelio Galván's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Ofelio Galván received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marco Day came out and tried to block the shot, but Ofelio Galván slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 67th minute. Valentin Ospetsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. USA were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Monty Rogers took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Monty Rogers got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valentin Ospetsu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Monty Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Victor Hugo Pinilla hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Valentin Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 82nd minute of the match. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Valentin Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 83rd minute of play. Valentin Ospetsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 87th minute of the match. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Chants of ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as USA had held the ball for most of the match.
