Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ando Koppelmaa got the match started through his kick off. If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antarctica IF's Flavio Balasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 7th minute of play. Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Balasi. Flavio Balasi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Edward Mcdonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 18 minutes, Cassius Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cassius Byrne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When USA's Cassius Byrne in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Antarctica IF's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Antarctica IF getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Georg Hermansson hit a great ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Cassius Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cassius Byrne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Balasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Antarctica IF's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Flavio Balasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Balasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 39th minute of play. When USA's Cassius Byrne in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Antarctica IF's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 41st minute of play forced Antarctica IF's goalkeeper Flavio Balasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Cassius Byrne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Cassius Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cassius Byrne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Balasi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 56th minute. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximino Lander's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Georg Hermansson hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match Cassius Byrne sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Balasi skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, USA's Koby Fletcher got a free kick in the 61st minute. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Claus in the 62nd minute of the match. With his leg Flavio Balasi managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when USA's Cassius Byrne fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 77 minutes into the match, Antarctica IF's Erubiel Claus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavio Balasi made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Erubiel Claus made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Pastor Aurken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 94th match minute, Antarctica IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Frederico to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute of the match Jenson Smith shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Balasi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Antarctica IF were victorious despite being under pressure from USA for much of the match.
