Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of 肖棋斌 when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

After 52 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Franco. In the 55th minute, Camilo Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 蔡骋飞 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
