Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Judas Verón got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Judas Verón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano de Pibasog from getting a goal against them. Maximiano Delgado made in the 7th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Judas Verón immediately put the ball in play. Mariano Lacasa did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Bernardo Raggio 9 minutes into the match. Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute of play. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Judas Verón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Carballar in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Belgrano de Pibasog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blue Dolar to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. In the 34th play minute Mariano Lacasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bernardo Raggio. 2-0. The supporters of Belgrano de Pibasog booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Raggio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd match minute, Belgrano de Pibasog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Abadia to maneuver through the defense. Belgrano de Pibasog made a substitution. Garcia Morros replaced Blue Dolar. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Garcia Morros hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 70th minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Xavier Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Raggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Judas Verón sent off a good shot on target. When Judas Verón came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Belgrano de Pibasog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Judas Verón couldn't finish the play. Iulian Ilinca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thiago Pliego came out and tried to block the shot, but Iulian Ilinca slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 87th minute. Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Raggio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Chile players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
