But to his dismay, Manfred Konradsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ernst de Hoop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horácio Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 20 minutes, Flóki Factor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Flóki Factor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernst de Hoop made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flóki Factor in the 24th minute. Ernst de Hoop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horácio Couto in the 25th minute of play. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Horácio Couto in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s goalkeeper Dolfo Burgo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernst de Hoop made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flóki Factor in the 44th minute. Manfred Konradsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dolfo Burgo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horácio Couto in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernst de Hoop prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
