The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Ramon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucca Payet hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. RamPa Football Club's Paul Ramon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 19th minute of play. Nicu Alexandrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicu Alexandrescu in the 25th minute of play. Ramon Maldini made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Nicu Alexandrescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicu Alexandrescu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th minute, RamPa Football Club's Nicu Alexandrescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicu Alexandrescu's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, RamPa Football Club's Ramon Maldini got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

RamPa Football Club's Paul Ramon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save RamPa Football Club from getting a goal against them. Paul Ramon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 56 minute of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicu Alexandrescu in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. RamPa Football Club's Cyrille Desplanches was substituted for Francesco Granata. RamPa Football Club made a substitution. Ramon Beckham replaced Marino Pacheco. RamPa Football Club's Arda Nurettin was substituted for Nicu Alexandrescu. 71 minutes into the game, Ramon Maldini threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Luz Tejedor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paul Ramon. That made the score 1-2 after 72 minutes of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind RamPa Football Club's goalkeeper Paul Ramon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Paul Ramon. RamPa Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 79 played minutes RamPa Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Lucca Payet. In the 81st minute, Julian Murillo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paul Ramon. The goal made the score 1-4. 86 minutes into the match, Peru's Milagros Fraga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Ramon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arda Nurettin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The RamPa Football Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
