Adestiempo Juniors's Honorato Primo got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's Honorato Primo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Adestiempo Juniors from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the game, Hilario Roldan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. Hilario Roldan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Domingos Lencastre got in the 19th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Pedro Manzanares handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno De Putter in the 22nd minute of play. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Honorato Primo made a huge save. Domingos Lencastre took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 32 minutes into the game, Dario Abastas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Dario Abastas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Honorato Primo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Roel Ronde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Primo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Montenegros short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Honorato Primo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. During the 46th minute of the match Dario Abastas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dario Abastas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 47 played minutes C. A. Adestiempo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Dario Abastas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Honorato Primo in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 53rd minute of play forced C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's goalkeeper Honorato Primo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Honorato Primo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 59th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Honorato Primo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's Honorato Primo. Honorato Primo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's Honorato Primo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 74th minute of play. After 76 minutes, Ignacio Mastache made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's Honorato Primo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute, Ignacio Mastache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorato Primo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The audience was convinced that Abram Secada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorato Primo was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute, Domingos Lencastre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the C. A. Adestiempo Juniors defense, Abram Secada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorato Primo. The C. A. Adestiempo Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorato Primo should have stopped the shot.
