Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Ellande's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Ellande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rocco Owen kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Elpidio Ellande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Ellande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Genaro Umea kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Elpidio Ellande came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Prensadito Fulbo Clu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Ellande couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Rocco Owen got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Elpidio Ellande. But to his dismay, Elpidio Ellande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 37 minutes of play, Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Elpidio Ellande made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, Elpidio Ellande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Ellande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Ellande in the 45th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Elpidio Ellande rounded Curacao's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Astor Xabier might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Astor Xabier ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Americo Mouricio during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Americo Mouricio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Stanley Wallace struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Celedonio Lobo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacao. 59 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Astor Xabier. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Ellande went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Americo Mouricio was shown his second yellow card after 64 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Curacao booed when Prensadito Fulbo Clu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Mouricio didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Marshall Graham hit a great ball. Astor Xabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Astor Xabier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Astor Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 minutes, Troy Kennedy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Prensadito Fulbo Clu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them.
