Jarell Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henrique Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romon Oliver in the 6th minute of play. Valadas's Henrique Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlus Waugh in the 7th minute of play. Henrique Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karlus Waugh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Romon Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sílvio Azenha hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Jamaall Padmore fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jamaica's protests and gave Jamaall Padmore a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jamaica getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jamaall Padmore hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Valadas defense, Karlus Waugh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrique Freitas. The Valadas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrique Freitas should have stopped the shot. Henrique Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Stair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Paulo Eiró took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Demonde Jacobson to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finlay Stair in the 29th minute of play forced Valadas's goalkeeper Henrique Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Azenha in the 34th minute. After 35 minutes of play, Jamaica's Romon Oliver made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrique Freitas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, Valadas's goal looked a bit too open when Romon Oliver came free, but Henrique Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarell Hill charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarell Hill the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Valadas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jamaica were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Eiró made a kick off. Henrique Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romon Oliver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sílvio Azenha charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sílvio Azenha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th match minute, Valadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Azenha to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Jamaica's Karlus Waugh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrique Freitas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Osvaldo Sacadura's late challenge caught a Jamaica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osvaldo Sacadura helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Valadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Sacadura to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Jamaica's Javan Develder in action when he in the 59th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 63 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Wayan Freeman. In the 64th minute of the match Nivaldo Vieira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Demonde Jacobson skillfully saved the ball. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Eiró in the 67th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Romon Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valadas's Henrique Freitas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Valadas from getting a goal against them. Dimas Bravo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Demonde Jacobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Nivaldo Vieira notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henrique Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karlus Waugh in the 88th minute of the match. Romon Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Freitas having to interfere. The Jamaica players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Valadas from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
