Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Finlay Stair got the match started through his kick off. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Eiró in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Wayan Freeman. In the 7th minute Paulo Eiró shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Eiró recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Nivaldo Vieira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valadas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Henrique Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Stair in the 22nd minute of the match. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Azenha in the 26th minute of play. Jarell Hill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Freitas having to interfere. Romon Oliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Henrique Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Jamaica booed when Valadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Sacadura didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Romon Oliver took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Henrique Freitas to make any attempt to save it. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Eiró in the 43rd minute of play. Henrique Freitas made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Jarell Hill sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute Paulo Eiró shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Eiró made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sílvio Azenha notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 56 minutes into the match, Romon Oliver had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrique Freitas. Valadas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romon Oliver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 61 minutes Jamaica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulo Eiró who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Jamaica's goalie and right to Torcato Taborda. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Jamaica's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finlay Stair in the 67th minute of play forced Valadas's goalkeeper Henrique Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Valadas's Jerónimo Álvares got a free kick in the 70th minute. Henrique Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 72nd minute of play. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Azenha in the 78th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 80 minutes into the game, when Jamaall Padmore put in a rough tackle. Jamaall Padmore kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Valadas's Paulo Eiró broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Valadas's Henrique Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarell Hill in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Wayan Freeman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armindo Torres struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Demonde Jacobson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valadas. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Jamaica from getting a goal against them. In the 95th match minute, Valadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermenegildo Abrantes to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute of the match Finlay Stair shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henrique Freitas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Valadas players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Jamaica from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
