The Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's Dariusz Nikodemski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's goalkeeper Bernabe Benat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chile's Mariano Lacasa came free and shot a quick shot against goal 20 minutes in the game, fortunately Bernabe Benat had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After some careless play in the Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernabe Benat. The Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernabe Benat should have stopped the shot. Bernabe Benat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After 28th play minutes Mariano Lacasa shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Bernabe Benat and just under the crossbar into goal. 31 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's Bernabe Benat. Bernabe Benat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dariusz Nikodemski's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. The supporters of Chile booed when Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Mannie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernabe Benat made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the game, Froilan Mendiko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd match minute, Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Mannie to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Chile's Francisco Carballar to fire away a dangerous shot which Bernabe Benat despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Chile's Francisco Carballar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jose Manzanedo hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's Dariusz Nikodemski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Alan Tamayo. Froilan Mendiko was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 66th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bernabe Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Nikodemski, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Nikodemski in the 77th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Benat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 79th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto Alfaro Moreno. Bernabe Benat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 87th minute of play forced Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's goalkeeper Bernabe Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernabe Benat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dariusz Nikodemski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Chile were the better team. Chile's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
