Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joel Gaona made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Damaso Sotero threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomiro Reynardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After having played for 17 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute Damaso Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Hanot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 23rd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Alströmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Hanot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Furia Calamar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The corner led Mexico's Facundo Cadaval to fire away a dangerous shot which Daniel Hanot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Daniel Hanot quite easily take care of the ball. Baldomiro Reynardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the game, one of Mexico:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The wind increased when Baldomiro Reynardo made the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Reynardo in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Baldomiro Reynardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Furia Calamar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 58th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Furia Calamar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Mexico's Alberto Tafalla getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 60 played minutes Furia Calamar got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Manni. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th match minute, Furia Calamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Reynardo to maneuver through the defense. Hipolito Manni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 71st minute of play forced Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Daniel Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Savion in the 90th minute of the match. Meng Mo Yi kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Didi Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Conrado Savion made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Mexico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
