To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Peru booed when Lobo Guará was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlad Imperiale didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lobo Guará's Daniel Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 19th minute of play. Rafael Gallo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 92 minutes into the match, Ciro de Moraes notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball.
