Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Legacy Youth Academy's Reynaldo Cebo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Cebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Cebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Fabian Rosio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Legacy Youth Academy's Esteban Lluis got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Puig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Rameriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Montez. Faustino Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Faustino Montez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Reynaldo Cebo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Cebo made a kick off. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute Reynaldo Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Legacy Youth Academy's Erubiel Gotzon seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Erubiel Gotzon the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Legacy Youth Academy protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Erubiel Gotzon had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 59 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Legacy Youth Academy's Lisandro Rameriz. Lisandro Rameriz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62nd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Cebo in the 66th minute of play. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Puig scored 2-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lisandro Rameriz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Cebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reynaldo Cebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After 81 minutes, Eliseo Noboa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Legacy Youth Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 82 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Reynaldo Cebo put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. After a rather tough play, Legacy Youth Academy's Reynaldo Cebo got a free kick in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Cebo in the 89th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Cebo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. After 94 played minutes, Legacy Youth Academy's Gaudencio Bermudez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Legacy Youth Academy reached it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Legacy Youth Academy fully deserved thier win.
