Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Theo Tauhid. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 9 minutes, Tomas Illescas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the RED SHARK FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Sahala Maranatha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Theo Tauhid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, M. Ramdhan Sianturi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and M. Ramdhan Sianturi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Theo Tauhid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trisna Durahman in the 26th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Sahala Maranatha sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute, RED SHARK FC's Trisna Durahman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 35th minute of the match, Sahala Maranatha got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Theo Tauhid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 36th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theo Tauhid. Theo Tauhid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 38th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Diding Mudaffar. The supporters of Venezuela booed when RED SHARK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cumhur Çapan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Tauhid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sahala Maranatha was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from M. Ramdhan Sianturi in the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 minutes of play, RED SHARK FC's Sahala Maranatha made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from M. Ramdhan Sianturi in the 56th minute of the match. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of M. Ramdhan Sianturi's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sahala Maranatha in the 92nd minute of play.
