Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Judas Verón got the match started through his kick off. Judas Verón took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of the match. The throw-in from Alonso Berganza in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Belgrano de Pibasog's Clemente Gaizkine. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, Judas Verón cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Judas Verón in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Eustaquio Fortun kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Raggio saved Belgrano de Pibasog from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Judas Verón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Frederico kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Judas Verón got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A throw-in in the 40th minute of the game was made by Alonso Berganza with Julian Murillo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Blue Dolar hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Bernardo Raggio in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Belgrano de Pibasog were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Raggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Gayoso was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Belgrano de Pibasog's Garcia Morros was substituted for Blue Dolar. Alonso Berganza charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonso Berganza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Raggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Belgrano de Pibasog's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Belgrano de Pibasog's goalie and right to Alonso Berganza. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Belgrano de Pibasog's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iulian Ilinca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernardo Raggio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Tenorio went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 93 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Efraim Gilabert. In the 94th minute of the match, Eustaquio Fortun sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Rolando Noboa showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Alonso Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
