Juan Antonio Lyadov kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Rameriz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lisandro Rameriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Sancho in the 24th minute of the match. Faustino Montez kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Cebo in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Bermudez in the 40th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Reynaldo Cebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Legacy Youth Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Cebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Victorino Lyadzhin kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Cebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Honduras booed when Legacy Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Montez in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Victorino Lyadzhin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a rather tough play, Legacy Youth Academy's Victorino Lyadzhin got a free kick in the 75th minute. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 83 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. 84 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Cebo came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes, Reynaldo Cebo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Legacy Youth Academy and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Lisandro Rameriz made a huge save. In the 93rd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Villa to maneuver through the defense.
