Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Beti Montaña came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Grzegorz Czerwinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. Grzegorz Czerwinski took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 唐川朋 in the 26th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Murilo da Fonseca saved Bayern Lessa - u21 from getting behind. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 唐川朋 in the 34th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, 尹挺 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 43 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Grzegorz Czerwinski to make the kick off. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 唐川朋, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Murilo da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Igor Andrychowski charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Marcos Cotilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beti Montaña in the 71st minute. After 73 played minutes Bayern Lessa - u21 got a freekick which was hit by Davi Boldrini. Bayern Lessa - u21:s Murilo da Fonseca showed great skill when he stopped Abraham Alguacil:s penalty. A collision led to Bayern Lessa - u21 getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Igor Andrychowski hit a great ball. When Grzegorz Czerwinski came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Bayern Lessa - u21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grzegorz Czerwinski couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Felipe Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Júlio Passos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Czerwinski in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 played minutes Bayern Lessa - u21 got a freekick which was hit by 唐川朋. 95 minutes into the game, Panama's Miguel Miralles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murilo da Fonseca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bayern Lessa - u21 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
